Since it's inception in 1995, Sudden Impact Signs have made computer cut vinyl signs and prints on materials such as coreflute, signwhite colourbond white coated 0.6mm steel sheet, foam board, acrylic sheet, foamalux sheet, banners, aluminium sheet, steel A frames and foldable corflute "roster" signs. We also apply vinyl signs directly to windows, cars, trucks, boats and other vehicles.
Other sign activities performed:
Assembly: We attach signs to frames and legs using rivets and silastic, tekscrews or welding.
Painting: Spraypainting of acrylic automotive enamel or 2-pack on sheetmetal, acrylic, legs, frames, etc. The paint is matched and mixed by supplies from colour swatches or using the Pantone colour system.
In addition we contract out to sign suppliers:
- Frames to Hawk Fabrication, Bayswater
- Sheetmetal light boxes to MBR Sheetmetal, Bayswater
- Cutout letters and logos in acrylic, weathertex timber or foam to Vital Line, Bayswater
- Screenprinting for large quantities of stickers to The Sign Post, Inglewood
- Acrylic fabrication to Metaltorque Fabrication, Bayswater
We also contract and work with John Chamberlain of Sign Skill to do writing brushwork.
